Welcome to Opulent Oasis (opulentoasis.co.in). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and our luxury stay and travel services. By booking a stay or expedition with us, you agree to these Terms.
Opulent Oasis provides a platform for booking luxury vacation rentals, private villas, and curated travel expeditions across India. We act as both a property manager for "Verified Sanctuaries" and an aggregator for boutique experiences.
In accordance with Indian Law and local police regulations:
Mandatory ID: All guests (including children) must provide a valid Government-approved Photo ID (Aadhaar, Driving License, or Passport) prior to or at the time of check-in.
Foreign Nationals: Non-Indian citizens must provide a valid Visa and Passport for Form-C filing as required by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Age Requirement: The primary guest making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.
Confirmation: A booking is only "Confirmed" once the initial deposit or full payment is received and a Booking Voucher is issued via WhatsApp/Email.
GST: All prices displayed are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per the prevailing rates (typically 12% to 18% for luxury accommodations in India).
Security Deposit: For certain villas in India, a refundable Security Deposit may be collected via UPI or Bank Transfer. This is refunded within 48 hours of checkout, provided no damages occur.
To maintain our "Opulent" standard, guests agree to:
Occupancy: Not exceed the maximum number of guests stated in the booking voucher.
Illegal Activities: Refrain from any illegal activities, including but not limited to the use of prohibited substances (NDPS Act), which will result in immediate eviction without refund and reporting to local authorities.
Noise & Community: Respect "Silent Hours" (typically 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM) as per local residential society norms in areas like Bandra, Juhu, and Alibaug.
Personal Belongings: Opulent Oasis is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal belongings. Digital safes are provided in select properties for your convenience.
Third-Party Services: While we curate expeditions, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party transport providers or local guides beyond our direct control.
The "Opulent Oasis" name, logo, "Arch Portal" design, and "Loom Zoom" website effects are the intellectual property of our agency. You may not use our branding for commercial purposes without written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
